The Albariño grape is considered one of the most important indigenous varieties of Galicia. In small bunches, early maturing and medium vigor. It has bright yellow colour with hints of gold and green. It has floral and fruity aromas, as well as fine and distinguished. The taste is fresh and mellow, balanced acidity (between 7-9 g / l.). Their aftertaste is pleasant, elegant and complete.
The Denomination of Origin Rias Baixas, created in 1988 includes those traditional territories since time immemorial where quality wines are produced, currently being considered in four distinct sub-zones: Val do Salnés, Condado de Tea, El Rosal and Sotomayor, in which are mainly produced white wines of the Albariño variety.
Pazo das Flores is a single varietal wine made from 100% Albariño grape variety. Its origin corresponds to Val do Salnés.
